The HZS180 concrete batching plant is our largest stationary model, delivering 180 cubic meters of concrete per hour through a JS3000 twin-shaft mixer (110 kW). It is designed for mega infrastructure projects, large-scale commercial ready-mix plants, dam and bridge construction, ports, airports, and continuous industrial-grade concrete production. The plant includes a 4-bin aggregate system, screw conveyor, cement silos, and centralized PLC control with remote monitoring for maximum operational efficiency.
